An Empath Wellness Consultation is a non-clinical explorative wellness conversation with a Licensed Mental Health Professional via online platform ranging from 45 to 90 minutes. The Empath Consultant will identify the client's presenting signs and symptoms, provide methods that mitigate psychological distress, and recommend further services (i.e. Psychological Assessment or Psychotherapy) appropriate to the case. Please note that this session is not a form of or a substitute for counseling/psychotherapy.
